Known for our Lighting, Grip, and Truck Rentals, Eastern Effects, Inc. is now offering brand new fully furnished all-inclusive Production Offices to help further service the Film and Television Industry.
The Production Offices at Eastern Effects offer over 5,300 square feet of private production offices with windowed space, storage, kitchen, and bullpen area available for your production to rent.
All-Inclusive production office rentals include:
- 24-Hour / 7-Day Access
- Alarm System
- All desks, chairs, file cabinets, storage, and waste baskets
- Furnished lounge area
- Brand new Panasonic digital phone system with voice mail and auto attendant answer
- High speed DSL wireless internet service (hard wire available upon request)
- Dedicated Fax Line provided
- Basic copy and fax machines (fees may apply for high volume copies)
- Office supply storage area
- All utilities including:
- Heat
- A/C
- Gas
- Electric
- Routine garbage removal
- Weekly bathroom cleaning service
- Lobby area
- Kitchen area right in your office
- Additional access to the EEI lunch room
- Warehouse access for large deliveries and pickups

Our location is right on the water in a beautiful part of Brooklyn known as Carroll Gardens. Our offices are only 2 blocks from the heart of Smith Street, 3 from Court Street, and just minutes to Manhattan and convenient to the rest of the five boroughs on foot or by car.
We offer workable short and long term rentals. We provide your production the ability to grow and shrink any rental with your changing needs.
Our Parking Lot, attached to our building, is very convenient for your production’s parking needs – and yes, we’ll let you park larger vehicles like cube trucks (a maximum does apply).
