Scott Levy Represents Eastern Effects at New Jersey Film Commission Board Meeting

Scott Levy, Founder and President of Eastern Effects, was honored to be a guest speaker at the New Jersey Film Commission Board Meeting, joining an esteemed group of industry and state leaders shaping the future of film and television in New Jersey.

Scott was invited to speak about Eastern Effects’ expansion and its headquarters relocation to New Jersey, including the extensive build‑out of 10 Basin Studios, our EQ warehouse and support facility in Wood‑Ridge, and the growing production ecosystem taking shape across the state.

Scott also highlighted several standout projects that have called our stages home since opening, including Matt Damon and Ben Affleck's The Rip, Jimmy Fallon’s On Brand, Netflix’s Little Brother, Kiss of the Spider Woman, Harlan Coben’s Shelter, commercials with Toyota, Michelob, Volvo and more, and the current CBS/Paramount series Cupertino, run by showrunners Michelle King and Robert King of Evil, The Good Wife, and The Good Fight. These productions represent the breadth of creative work now thriving in New Jersey—and the collaboration between studios, crews, and state leadership making it possible.

We are deeply grateful for the opportunity to share our story and to be part of this ongoing conversation.

Thank you to the New Jersey Film Commission, Jon Crowley, David Schoner, and their partners for the continued leadership, vision, and support. We’re excited for what’s ahead.
