With soundstages on both sides of the Hudson River in Brooklyn and Kearny, NJ — just 8 miles within the Union Zone — we provide nearly 100,000 square feet of stage space. Our stage customers benefit from both the New York and New Jersey tax incentives, maximizing production value and flexibility.

With over 75,000 pieces of equipment in our inventory, Eastern Effects is one of the largest, non-union lighting and grip equipment rental houses servicing the New York City metropolitan and surrounding region.
