Eastern Effects requires the following paperwork in order to confirm an equipment rental order:

•   Rental Quote - signed by an authorized production representative
•   Equipment Rental Agreement - signed by an authorized production representative
•   Credit Card Authorization
•   Vehicle Rental Agreement (if applicable) - signed by an authorized production representative
•   Insurance Certificate - General Liability and Property Coverage
  
  •   All customers will need to provide a certificate of insurance prior to their first rental.
  •   Please refer to the "Equipment Rental Contract" for more information.

Payment is Due In Full at the time of equipment pickup and a security deposit may be required for rentals that exceed a 2-week period.
